Will each cruise be on the Lake or the River?

Historical Cruises sail on Lake Michigan. Architectural Cruises traverse the
Chicago River, although routes for private group tours can be customized.
The 6 p.m. Architectural Cocktail Cruise sails on both the Chicago River and
Lake Michigan.

How much per passenger?

$38.00 includes tax, and Starbucks Coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Ages 65
and older are $32.00 and children ages 7-18 are $22.00. Ages six and under are
free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Are you located at Navy Pier?

No, we are located just west of Navy Pier, at 465 N. McClurg Court.

Are credit cards accepted?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Are the boats handicapped accessible?

The Ft. Dearborn, The Innisfree and The Marquette are handicapped-accessible,
excluding restrooms. There are handicap accessible bathrooms not far from
our ticket office.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, special rates are available for parties of 20 or more. Call 312-527-2002

Do I need to make a reservation?

We highly recommend you purchase tickets in advance, either online or
by calling 312-527-1977. Tickets will be held for you at our Ticket Office prior
to boarding.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets may be exchanged for other dates and times, however they are
not refundable.

If I purchase the tickets online, do I need to print the tickets?

No, you do not need to print tickets purchased online. Please look at the
confirmation email, sent to your email address for the booking number. When
you arrive, please provide the ticket agent with your last name and booking number.

Are your boats covered?

All of our vessels include both sun decks and covered areas.
